These terms govern access to the Pit AI website and application. By using Pit AI, you agree to these terms.
The service
Pit AI organizes RC racing information and provides setup guidance based on information supplied by the user. Features may change as the product develops, and early-access features may be incomplete or unavailable.
Racing recommendations
Recommendations are informational and cannot account for every vehicle condition, installation, track rule, or safety risk. Inspect your vehicle, follow manufacturer instructions and event rules, and use your own judgment before making or testing a change. Pit AI does not guarantee a particular performance result.
Your account and content
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials. You retain ownership of the records and content you submit. You give Pit AI permission to host, process, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, copy or resell the service, or use automated methods to extract data except where Pit AI expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
Pit AI and its branding, interface, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle, track, retailer, manufacturer, and timing-service names belong to their respective owners.
Third-party and affiliate links
Pit AI may link to third-party products or services. Some links may earn Pit AI a commission at no additional cost to you. Third parties control their own products, pricing, availability, websites, and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Pit AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
